2. Returns

We cannot accept returns of seafood products once delivered, due to federal and state food-safety laws prohibiting the resale of perishable goods. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe your order was damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, follow the procedures outlined below.

3. Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Items were damaged or spoiled during shipping;

  • Items arrived thawed when they should have been frozen;

  • You received incorrect or missing items; or

  • The product does not meet our quality standards (e.g., broken seal, compromised packaging).

Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no charge. Refunds generally appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

You are responsible for being available to receive your package or ensuring it is placed in a safe, temperature-controlled environment. We are not responsible for orders that were delivered on time but left outside or unrefrigerated.

We use temperature-controlled packaging and trusted carriers; however, once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, product safety depends on your prompt handling. Failure to refrigerate or freeze seafood immediately upon delivery voids eligibility for refunds or replacements.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or incorrect item selection after shipment;

  • Failure to refrigerate/freeze product immediately upon delivery;

  • Partial use, repackaging, or refreezing of items;

  • Subjective taste or texture preferences;

  • Failure to report an issue within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If in transit, it must be accepted, and this policy will apply.
